PLEASE READ ALL POLICIES & PROCEDURES BEFORE BOOKING ANY APPOINTMENTS.
A deposit will no longer be required to book an appointment. However to book any and all appointments you will need to save a valid credit card on file. All cancellations or rescheduling must be made 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment with no penalty. Any cancellations or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance will result in 100% service charge. This policy applies to all no matter the instance.
Examples:
You get stuck at work late, you have a flat tire etc. the day of your scheduled appointment; you must let your artist know (to avoid a no show) that you are unable to attend and a 100% service fee will be charged to the card on file before you can schedule a new appointment (this is less than 48 hours of your appointment).
You get sick, your child gets sick etc. 24 hours before your appointment; (to avoid a no show you must let your artist know that you are unable to attend and a 100% of service fee will be charged to the card on file before you can schedule a new appointment (this is Less than 48 hours notice).
NO SHOW POLICY:
If you no show, you will be charged the full amount of the service and will be asked to pay for all future appointments upfront.
LATENESS:
All clients are given a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled and a 100 service fee will be charged to the card on file. You will need to schedule a new appointment.
HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR LASH EXTENSIONS APPOINTMENT:
Please come in with clean lashes. Absolutely never ever come to your lash appointment with make up on. No foundation, mascara, eyeliner or eyeshadow as this will cause poor retention. If you wear contact lenses please bring a case for them to be stored in during your appointment. If you refuse to remove your contact lenses you will not be serviced.
It is advised that you book your fill in advance to avoid being charged a full set. Fills over 3 weeks will not be accepted and will be charged a full set (if time allows)
Your lashes must have 50% still on to be considered a fill this is after removal of outgrown lashes. If you have less than 50% of your lashes on you will be charged for a full set (if time allows).
FOREIGN FILLS:
I have no problem filling over clean work (the policies for fills above also apply). A fill is not guaranteed! If the work is unhealthy to your natural lashes I will suggest a removal and full set. (If time allows) If time does not allow you will be asked to reschedule.
